Prepare for delivery

Cabinet orders can require a freight appointment, suitable truck access, unloading equipment, and dry protected storage. Confirm who is responsible for liftgate service, curbside placement, jobsite handling, and movement inside the building before scheduling.

Inspect before signing

Count the pieces against the delivery paperwork and look for punctures, crushed corners, torn wrapping, or shifting. Photograph the load and every visible exception. Note damage or shortage on the carrier receipt before signing, then keep the packaging and item labels until the claim path is confirmed.
