Cabinet shipping and freight

Cabinet orders may ship by freight and require an appointment, suitable truck access, unloading arrangements, and protected indoor storage. Freight is not included in the published product subtotal unless a final written order states otherwise.

Before payment

We confirm the ship-to address, ZIP code, item count, weight, access conditions, liftgate needs, and available carrier service. No freight amount should be assumed from the browser cart.

At delivery

Count the pieces and inspect visible packaging before signing. Photograph the shipment and note shortages or visible damage on the carrier receipt. Keep item labels and packaging while a claim is reviewed.
